Everything I Couldn't Say

Everyone gets nervous sometimes,
but when it comes to you
my brain turns to mush!

I tried to speak,
to tell you how I feel,
but when I looked up and saw your face
all of my words got stuck in my throat!

I couldn't speak
I couldn't think
I couldn't BREATH!

All I could do was try to hide my face
whick was turning a "lovely" shade of red.

So, since I am incapable of talking to you
I'll write for you insted.

Here is everything I was too afraid to tell you:

You make me feel small, yet giant at the same time.
You have a way with words that inspires me.
I love your smile, your laugh, your eyes and your cheery personality.
You never fail to make me laugh, even when I don't feel like cracking a smile.
You're an amazing dancer.
You have a kind heart.
Just thinking about you makes me smile!

Look, I know you're busy
and so am I
But I really like you
and I know that there is a good chance once you leave
it won't work out...
but I would love to spend some time with you
even if it's only for a lunch-break at school
or working on an assignment together.
I don't mind, as long as I get to see you.

However, none of this even matters
if you don't feel the same way about me.

I know I'm a little strange
and I have a problem saying what's in my heart,
but I do have feelings for you
and hopefuly, you do too
